The conference will take place at the King’s Buildings Campus of the University of Edinburgh, precisely in the Hudson Beare Building and Sanderson Building.  View or download the King’s Buildings Campus map (PDF, 1,580 kB), showing bus stops and venues for the conference events.

The King’s Buildings site is located on the south side of the city. You can find out more about the King’s Buildings here.

We will provide free Lothian bus tickets.

Accessing Hudson Beare and Sanderson Buildings

We recommend that you access the Hudson Beare Building through the Sanderson Building. You can access the Sanderson Building via Robert Stevenson Road, close to Gateway 3 on Mayfield Road. Travel Information

Getting to and from the King’s Buildings is easy due to its excellent public transport, walking and cycling links. Find below information about different options:

The following buses serve the King’s Buildings through the roads indicated. Bus 41 stops inside the Campus while other buses have stops close by. Follow the links to get bus routes and stops.

For accommodation, we recommend the Pollock Halls.  You can book directly at the Edinburgh First’s website or Booking.comTravelodge is another option for accommodation, which is close to the King’s Buildings.

For alternative accommodations from Edinburgh First, you may also consider Masson House Hotel & Bistro, KM Central, Richmond Place Apartments, Summer Flats.

A variety of hotels and B&B are also available in and around the City Centre. However, it is recommended to book early.
